As pastor of Chautauqua Baptist Church, please allow me to thank you for taking a few moments to look around our website and discover our church family. As I describe this church, I frequently use the word “family” because that is what we are. A family of believers in Jesus Christ.
We are a Bible-believing, Bible-teaching, and Bible-preaching church family. Together, we're striving to become the kind of church described in the Bible, where there's down to earth teaching and preaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need. In short, we'd like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage the entire community, one life at a time.
While you are perusing our website, you will learn a little about our programs and get a look at who we are, but only a look. To fully understand us, we invite you to come to a Sunday worship service, a Sunday School class, or a Wednesday evening service to experience the up-close, in-person fellowship that comes when people share time together with the Holy Spirit present. We’d love to meet you and get to know you.
So, whether you're a spiritual seeker who's just starting to ask questions about God, or a committed Christian who wants to use your gifts and talents in serving God and others, you can find a home here at CBC.

Scripture Verses Every Believer Should Know
Join us on Sunday mornings @ 10:30 a.m. as Pastor Kevin brings a message from key verses in the Bible and challenges us to memorize and apply them to daily living.
Kids Worship
Each week, children ages 4-9 yr old are welcome to go from the main sanctuary worship to Kids Worship (after 10:30 am Church Worship, Kids Worship begins at about 10:55 am) to participate in kids' snack, message and worship time geared especially for them. All adults are Ministry Safe trained.
Sunday Evening Focus
We invite you to join us for our Sunday evening Bible study by Chip Ingram entitled "True Spirituality." This powerful study removes the clutter and presents a clear, compelling, Biblical picture of a true disciple of Jesus. You will be challenged, encouraged, stretched, but most importantly, you will be CHANGED
Wednesday Evening Service @ 7 p.m.

Youth Snack, Games and Bible Study @ 6:45 p.m.
Adult Prayer and Bible Study
Ladies' Spotlight Bible Study
Ladies Spotlight Bible study will be May 11th @ 6 p.m. All women are invited to join us as we dive deeper into God's Word. Bring a light salad.
Men's fellowship and Bible Study
Men's fellowship/supper/Bible study will be on Thursday evening, May 21st @ 6:30 p.m. All men in the church and community are invited to come!
Memorial Day
Sunday evening, May 24th we will be having a fellowship in the Activity Center rather than our Sunday evening Bible study. Bring your hot dogs, chips, desserts and enjoy a time of visiting with each other.
Fifth Sunday
Sunday evening, May 31st @ 5:30 p.m. we have planned an ice cream social and movie for our Fifth Sunday evening service. Bring your favorite ice cream and plan to stay for the movie that will begin at 6:00 p.m.

ages 4 through 6th grade come together to learn about God through engaging lessons and fun games and activities

Join us at PVM as we join with residents for short devotion and gospel singing each Friday at 3:30 pm.
